AI & Content Rights

Our creative teams may use AI and other digital tools across:

· Visual generation and video generation

· Audio generation, music and voice

· Writing assistance

· Editing, production and post-production

· Other creative workflows

These tools support human creative direction; they are part of how a Prompt Stories Plus story is made.

Xctveco claims and/or controls the rights it owns, licenses, or otherwise has authority to use in the content it publishes, including applicable human-authored contributions, creative arrangements, edits, selections, production elements, trademarks, branding, and other protectable material.

We do not claim that every AI-generated element automatically receives exclusive copyright protection. Where AI-generated material itself may not qualify for copyright protection, the rights of Prompt Stories Plus may instead arise from its human-authored contributions, compilation and arrangement, contractual rights, licenses, trademarks, branding, and other applicable rights.

Third-party AI tools and services may be involved in production. Their own terms may govern certain underlying technology and outputs. Prompt Stories Plus does not own the underlying AI models or technology used to create content unless expressly stated.

· Prompt Stories Plus / PROMPT Global Entertainment content — content produced, commissioned, acquired, licensed, or otherwise controlled by Xctveco.

· Third-party content — content for which Prompt Stories Plus has obtained appropriate rights or licenses; the third party retains its rights.

· User content — Prompt Stories Plus does not currently accept uploads. If submissions are enabled, users retain ownership of rights they own, while granting Prompt Stories Plus the license needed to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote and operate the service with that content. Prompt Stories Plus does not claim ownership of user content simply because it is uploaded.

Content is licensed to you for personal streaming only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use Prompt Stories Plus content (including to train AI models) without our written permission.
