Privacy Policy

· Account information: your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email and, where provided, profile picture from that provider.

· Profile information: display name, profile image and notification preferences you choose.

· Communications and support: messages you send us, such as support or privacy requests.

Prompt Stories Plus does not currently process payments. When billing launches, payments will be handled by a third-party processor, and we will receive limited details such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card — never your full card number.

· Watch and listening history: when you're signed in, we save your progress (title, episode, position) and your My List to your account so you can resume.

· When you're not signed in, audio progress is saved only in your browser's local storage on your device.

· Search: searches run in your browser and are not currently saved to our servers.

Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device type when you connect, and may keep it in server logs for security and operations. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.

We use browser storage essential to sign-in and playback. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. See our Cookie Policy.

Prompt Stories Plus does not currently use third-party analytics tools. Aggregate, non-personal information (such as page view counts provided by our hosting provider) may be used to operate the service. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.

· To create and secure your account and verify your email

· To provide streaming, resume playback, and maintain My List

· To send service and account emails (such as verification and password reset), and optional updates according to your notification preferences

· To respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law

Account data is stored with our cloud database and authentication provider, protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access rules that limit each account's data to its owner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep account information while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, security or accounting purposes. You can clear locally saved progress by clearing your browser storage.

We share information only with providers who help us run Prompt Stories Plus: cloud hosting, database and authentication; sign-in providers you choose (Google, Apple); email delivery; and, once billing launches, our payment processor. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Prompt Stories Plus, our users or others.

If Xctveco is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

You can view and update your name, profile and notification preferences in your Profile. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, access, correct and delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted, we do not sell or share personal information.

Residents of other states with privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas) may have similar rights, including the right to appeal a decision about their request.

Prompt Stories Plus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Prompt Stories Plus is operated from Los Angeles, California, United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Email promptglobalentertainment@xctveco.com from the address on your account with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe what you're asking for. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
