Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prompt Stories Plus you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI & Content Rights statement, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prompt Stories Plus, or the minimum age required to consent to the processing of personal information in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Prompt Stories Plus is not intended for children.

Some features require an account. You may register with an email and password or through a supported third-party sign-in provider (currently Google and Apple). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may require verification of your email address.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to engage in any activity described in our Acceptable Use Policy, including copying, redistributing, scraping, circumventing security, or using the service unlawfully.

The service, its software, design, trademarks (including the Prompt Stories Plus name and logo), and content are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

Content produced, commissioned, acquired, licensed or otherwise controlled for Prompt Stories Plus by Xctveco is made available for streaming only. See AI & Content Rights for how rights are held in content created with digital and AI-assisted tools.

Some content or services may be provided by third parties under license. Those third parties retain their rights, and additional terms may apply.

Prompt Stories Plus does not currently accept user uploads. If submissions are enabled in the future, you will retain ownership of rights you own in your content, and you will grant Prompt Stories Plus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote and otherwise operate the service with that content. We will not claim ownership of your content simply because you upload it.

Titles, episodes and features may be added, changed or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular content will remain available.

Content and features may vary by location and may be restricted in some countries due to licensing or legal requirements.

Streaming quality depends on your device and connection. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xctveco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xctveco from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, and you agree that claims may only be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

Prompt Stories Plus is owned by Xctveco.

PROMPT Global Entertainment is also used as an entertainment name.
