Can I look around before signing up?
Yes. You can browse titles and watch previews without an account. Full viewing and My List need a free account.
How do I create an account or reset my password?
Choose Get Started to sign up with email, Google or Apple. On the sign-in page, use Forgot password to get a reset link by email.
How does audio keep playing?
Once you press Play on an audio story, the player stays at the bottom of the screen while you browse. Starting a video pauses it.
Where is my progress saved?
When you're signed in, progress and My List are saved to your account. When you're not, audio progress is saved in this browser only.
How do subscriptions and cancellation work?
See Subscription Terms for plans, renewal and how to cancel. Cancellation will be available from your Profile.
How do I change my name, password or notifications?
Open Profile to update your name, password and notification preferences.
