Subscription Terms

Prompt Stories Plus offers two subscription plans:

· Monthly subscription: $3.99 per month

· Annual subscription: $39.99 per year

No other plans, fees or charges apply unless clearly shown to you before purchase.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Monthly subscriptions are billed every month and annual subscriptions every year, starting on the day your paid subscription begins.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Promotional pricing, discounts or free trials apply only when explicitly offered by Prompt Stories Plus, under the terms shown with that offer. Unless you cancel before an offered trial ends, your paid subscription begins and you will be charged.

You can cancel according to the cancellation process provided in the app/site, from your Profile under Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Where applicable, you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account remains available for browsing previews, but members-only viewing ends.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Pricing may change in the future. Where required by law, we will give you appropriate advance notice, and changes will apply from your next billing period. You may cancel before a change takes effect.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by Prompt Stories Plus. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at promptglobalentertainment@xctveco.com.

Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. We may suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor through its secure checkout. Prompt Stories Plus does not store your full card number.

Closing your account ends your subscription. We may terminate subscriptions for violations of our Terms.

We may add, change or discontinue plans and features. Changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in advance.

Prompt Stories Plus is owned by Xctveco.

PROMPT Global Entertainment is also used as an entertainment name.
